Returns:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products, unless there has been an error on the part of FLORESAM or the product has arrived damaged or defective.
- If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item to let us know of the problem and request a replacement or refund.
Cancellations:
- We do not allow order cancellations once the purchase has been confirmed, as our products are produced on demand and the production process begins immediately after receiving the order.
- If you need to make any changes to your order, such as changing the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request whenever possible before the production process begins.
